Support Center

Find the next clear step.

This page covers the main Tevix support routes: account access, permissions, Skin Read flow, try-on controls, saved results, boards, Apple billing visibility, account deletion, and legal page access when the app cannot open a link as expected.

Checklist + Topics

Core support routes for the current Tevix build.

Each topic maps back to a visible part of the app: entry, Home, Skin Read, Try-On, Library, Studio, Store, and the linked policy pages.

01

Fast Login, log out, and account access

Fast Login takes users from the entry page into the main Tevix shell. Studio includes explicit log-out and Delete Account actions, each with a confirmation step.

02

Camera, Photos, and the processing notice

Skin Read depends on photo access. Tevix asks for camera access when you take a photo, photo library access when you choose or import images, and Photos add access when you export a result.

03

Skin Read and matched looks

The analysis path shows a score, summary, metrics, and a small set of matched looks with reasons. If a user cannot proceed, the most common cause is that a photo was not selected or permission was denied.

04

Try-On Preview and finish controls

Tevix supports look intensity first, then Radiance, Softness, and Warmth. The app expects users to complete those steps in order before saving a final frame.

05

Saved looks, boards, and exports

Saved results appear in Library. Boards can hold saved looks and imported reference photos, and finished results can be exported back to Photos from the final frame view.

06

Store, coins, and Apple billing visibility

The app checks whether Apple billing is available, loads consumable coin packs, and shows coin balance in Studio and on the Home surface. Availability can differ by device state.

Need Help Fast

Three practical fixes users ask for most.

These are the high-friction points most likely to interrupt the Tevix flow and the quickest ways to recover.

Delete Account from Studio

Open the Studio tab, choose Delete Account, and confirm the prompt. The app then removes the Tevix profile, saved results, boards, and purchase-history records shown inside the app experience.

If the app will not analyze or export

Check that a photo has been selected, confirm the processing path is supported in the current build, and make sure the relevant photo or camera permission has been granted for the task you are trying to run.

FAQ

Common Tevix questions.

These answers follow the visible product flow and match the policy pages linked from the app.

How do I start a Skin Read?

From Home, tap Start Skin Read, choose Upload Photo or Take Photo, then tap Analyze. Tevix processes the selected face photo inside the app to produce the Skin Read and the next preview steps.

How does Tevix handle face photos and face data?

In the current product flow, Tevix uses a selected selfie or portrait photo, the resulting Skin Read metrics, and generated preview or result images only for the beauty workflow inside the app. The current code path stores saved images locally on the device and does not send face photos or derived face metrics to a third-party AI provider for remote face analysis.

Why can’t Tevix access my camera or photos?

The app requests camera access for capture, photo-library access for choosing selfies and importing reference images, and Photos add access for export. If any of those permissions are denied, the corresponding action will not complete.

Where do my saved looks go?

After you save a final frame, the result appears in Library. From there you can reopen the look, add it to a board, remove it, or return to the comparison view before exporting to Photos.

How do I delete my account and app data?

Go to the Studio tab, select Delete Account, and confirm the prompt. The app removes profile details, saved looks, boards, and app purchase-history records. Apple billing records remain subject to Apple’s own App Store handling.

Where can I open the Privacy Policy or Terms&Conditions?

Tevix exposes those pages from the entry screen and from the Studio legal section. You can also open them directly from this site at Privacy Policy and Terms&Conditions.
