1. Use of Service
Tevix provides a beauty-guidance service built around selfie-based analysis, matched look recommendations, try-on preview, finish adjustments, saved results, boards, and related account and store features. The current product flow reviewed for this site centers on Fast Login, Home, Skin Read, Matched Looks, Try-On Preview, Refine Finish, Final Frame, Library, Studio, and Store.
You may use Tevix only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Tevix is intended for beauty guidance and organizational use within the app experience. It is not offered as a medical diagnosis or treatment service.
2. Accounts and Access
Tevix currently uses an app-based account model tied to the product experience. The present codebase shows a Fast Login flow, an active-account state used to route you into the service, a profile model, profile editing, log out, and an explicit Delete Account path.
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for activity that occurs through your access to Tevix. You should provide accurate profile details and keep your device access appropriately protected. If you no longer want to use the service, you may log out or delete the account through the app flow made available in Studio.
3. Purchases and Credits
The current Tevix build reviewed for this site includes Apple in-app purchases for consumable coin packs. Product identifiers in the present catalog correspond to coin packs such as 200, 350, 1200, 2500, and 7000 coins, including a promotional 1200-coin item. Tevix uses purchase updates to record product identifiers and to present coin balance inside the app experience.
Purchases are processed through Apple billing flows and remain subject to Apple’s applicable terms, payment handling, and refund policies. The current codebase does not describe subscriptions, web checkout, or a restore-purchase flow. Product availability may vary if Apple billing is unavailable on a particular device or in a particular runtime context.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, coins and promotional balances shown in Tevix are part of the app experience, are not redeemable for cash, and may be revised or retired as the service evolves.
4. User Content and Output
User content in Tevix includes the selfies, imported reference images, board titles and notes, saved looks, and other materials you provide or organize through the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content with Tevix and that your use does not violate law or the rights of others.
Tevix also generates outputs based on the selected image, the Skin Read, the selected look, and the finish settings you choose. Those outputs are part of a beauty-guidance flow and are described in product text as cosmetic guidance rather than medical advice. Because output quality depends on the source image and settings, results may vary.
You retain rights you may have in your content, and you grant Tevix the limited rights needed to host, process, format, display, copy into board items, and otherwise operate the service features you choose to use.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Tevix to:
- Violate law or the rights of others.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive manner.
- Attempt to bypass permission flows, purchase handling, or feature access controls.
- Use Tevix output as medical advice or present it as such.
Tevix may investigate misuse and may take action to protect the service, users, and third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Tevix, the Tevix name, branding, interface design, service logic, and related content made available by Tevix are protected by intellectual-property and similar laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit Tevix materials except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
7. Suspension or Termination
Tevix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if needed to address suspected misuse, protect the service or others, comply with law, or respond to billing, platform, or safety issues. The current codebase also gives users the ability to log out or delete the account directly from Studio.
If your access is terminated or you delete the account, some records may still remain where required for legal compliance, platform billing handling, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
8. Service Availability
Tevix may change, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time. Features can vary by device state, permission status, app version, or platform availability. The Store experience, in particular, depends on Apple billing availability.
Tevix does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, look catalog, starter content, or page route.
9. Disclaimer
Tevix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tevix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Tevix beauty guidance, Skin Read, matched looks, try-on previews, and final-frame outputs are informational and creative tools. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional treatment advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tevix and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Tevix for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Tevix for the relevant feature in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes to Terms
Tevix may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, billing updates, or changes in the service model. When Tevix updates these Terms, it will revise the Effective Date above and publish the revised Terms through the Tevix legal surface.
Your continued use of Tevix after the updated Terms become effective means the revised Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
12. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the law identified by the Tevix operator for your region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws may continue to apply where you live. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the forum and venue may depend on the applicable regional operator and any mandatory rights available to you under consumer law.
